The materials we use for our standard range flat pack cabinets are:
The carcasses are made from 16mm HDC Carcasses in a white Melamine face finish, PVC edging on all 4 edges on every panel, (NO RAW EDGES SEEN), combined with high-grade screws/cam locks, adjustable feet & hinges, the hinges used are BLUM all in soft close as standard. Also, all the carcass come pre-drilled with the assembly instructions in the box.
The materials & finishes for our standard doors & panels.
The standard doors and end panels are constructed from MDF 18mm, all pre-drilled for hinges, etc. 
They come in the below colors and finishes:
- Seal Grey Melamine 
- Snow White Melamine
- PVC Thermowrap Gloss White
- PVC Thermowrap Matt White
- Lacquer Painted Seal Grey 
- Lacquer Painted Snow White.
