Kitchen Cabinets

The kitchen is the heart of the home and must be comfortable, practical, and an outlet for creation and quality. You can design your own kitchen with the design and layout you want. Follow the steps below if you don't know where to start and that should get you going.

Measuring is very important. Detailed and accurate measurements will ensure a good start and less errors.

Measurements to make:

  • The height from the floor to the ceiling

  • Room measurement, length and width of the room, wall to wall

  • Measure each window and their distances from the floor and the corners of your room. Do the same for the door(s)

  • Location of any pipes, vents and electrical outlets

This part is the difference between a kitchen that works and one that doesn’t. There are lots of things to consider, like where to put the fridge, how you want your cabinets arranged and how many drawers you’ll need.

Remember the triangle rule for kitchens - the space between the sink, fridge and oven/hob. These are the areas you will be using most.

When you plan is all set and done, you can now start ordering the components you need. Drop by to our store or order it online.
